We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Restaurant Front of House and Bartender. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages including alcohoilic cocktail, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality skills, be attentive to food safety standards, and have experience working in a busy restaurant environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area and dining space
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately
- Assist with setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting the dining area for new guests
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience through friendly conversation and attentive service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and protocols is desirable
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently
- A personable attitude with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience in making alcoholic drinks, including cocktail.
