Salary: £14.50 per hour + £500 Starting Bonus
Park Farm Day Nursery is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our fantastic growing team.
We are looking for someone who is committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children, while creating a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
- Plan and provide engaging, age-appropriate activities and experiences.
- Support children’s development in line with the EYFS.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Observe, assess and record children’s learning and development.
- Work effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.
- Support the individual needs of every child, including children with additional needs.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years/Childcare or holds a recognised full and relevant qualification.
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Warm, caring and nurturing.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking.
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
- Confident in supporting children’s learning and development.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
- Able to work flexibly and use their own initiative.

A DBS check must be completed and satisfactory before a start date can be confirmed. Employment is subject to all required pre-employment and safeguarding checks being successfully completed.
