Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools promptly and efficiently with a commercial pot wash machine.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Organize and store cleaned items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
- Support the team during busy service times by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils
Requirements
- Previous experience in this field is preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and culinary practices is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to cover holiday leave and sickness where required
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Weekend working essential (rota)
