Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing Operatives specialising in perfumes & moisturisers to join our clients dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and preparing high-quality products for shipment, ensuring each item meets the strict standards of presentation and safety. Your energy and precision will contribute directly to delivering an exceptional experience to customers worldwide. Duties
- Carefully pack perfume bottles using appropriate hand tools and packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
- Assemble packaging components, including boxes, inserts, and protective fillers.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring labels, caps, and packaging are correctly applied and meet brand standards
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station to optimize workflow efficiency
- Follow safety protocols when handling tools and fragile items, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members
- Assist with stock replenishment by accurately recording inventory levels and reporting shortages
- Support warehouse operations by loading completed packages onto pallets or containers for dispatch
Experience
- Previous warehouse or factory experience or familiarity with packing operations is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Experience with perfume or cosmetic product packaging is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
