What you’ll be doing
- Setting up and managing medico-legal cases accurately
- Managing multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Updating and maintaining case information using internal systems (CRM)
- Uploading, checking, and organising medical records and documentation
- Communicating professionally with solicitors and medical experts
- Managing tasks in line with agreed processes and service-level timeframes
- Carrying out high-volume, process-driven administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency across all cases

What’s on offer
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (9am–5pm)
- No evenings or weekends
