Hours: 07:30 – 17:30
Foundation Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a Tier 2 Contractor for experienced Pipe Layers to work on a major infrastructure project at Sizewell C, Leiston.
This role is on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering large-scale infrastructure works across the UK. The company is recognised for its expertise in heavy civils, strong safety culture, and well-managed site operations on high-profile projects.
We are specifically looking for out-and-out deep drainage operatives with strong experience in trench support systems.
Deep drainage pipelaying
Working with trench box systems
Installation, alignment, and bedding of pipes
Working to line and level
Assisting with excavation and backfilling operations
Adhering to strict health & safety standards on site
Supporting the drainage gang where required
Valid CSCS Card
Confined Spaces certification
Harness training (or willingness to complete online course)
Proven experience in deep drainage and trench box systems
Strong understanding of safe systems of work in excavations
Reliable, experienced, and safety-focused
A respected civil engineering specialist delivering complex infrastructure and heavy civils projects nationwide. Known for experienced drainage teams, strong leadership, and maintaining high safety standards on major schemes.
