We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in nurturing and developing the young minds in your care, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for their growth and learning.
Position 1 - full/part time baby room specialist
Position 2 - full time 2's specialist
A level 3 childcare qualification or above is required for this post
We are looking for practitioners who:
- Love young children and are loving, warm, friendly and invitational
- are able to plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Maintain effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care at all times.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on high-quality early years education.
- Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting, ensuring smooth transitions between tasks.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through guidance and encouragement.

Requirements
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
- A level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide both children and support staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding towards young learners.
- Experience in childcare practices that promote health, safety, and well-being for children.

Pay: £25,185.00-£31,022.00 per year
