About the Role: "Modernising the Legacy"
At Heres Law, we empower individuals to protect their legacy through clear, expert legal planning. We are seeking charismatic, approachable speakers to deliver high-impact evening presentations on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Public Speaking: Deliver engaging 60-minute seminars to live audiences (typically aged 50+).
- Event Administration: Assist attendees with online seminar bookings and ensure attendee records are accurately updated in our portal.
- Lead Generation: Guide attendees using our bespoke "Action Plan" grids to schedule consultation appointments for our legal team.
Requirements & Skills
- Stage Presence: Natural confidence in front of an audience, with an ability to build immediate rapport and trust.
- Clear Communication: Ability to strip away jargon and present legal matters in plain, simple English.
- Mobility: Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- No Legal Background Required: Professional legal qualifications or IPW membership are not required—full technical training and scripts are provided.
- Right to Work: Valid UK Right to Work (ability to provide a share code or original documentation for verification).
