We have an opportunity for a Cook/ Chef position at our 30 bed care home.
Duties include:
- Preparing and serving meals in a timely manner with consideration to allergies or dietary requirements that may be present
- Stock control
- Maintaining high standards of kitchen health, safety and cleanliness in regards to all relevant regulations
- Ensuring all equipment is used with care and is in good working order.
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those they support
- Be able to work on your own to produce home cooked meals for the residents.

Cooking skills are essential and the ability to perform a full meal service
The position is 27 hours per week, Additional days may be required to cover holidays.
