We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Barista/Bar Staff. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Assist customers with menu selections and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and health & safety policies at all times.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts.
Experience
- Knowledge of food safety procedures is desirable.
- Experience in serving customers efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanour is preferred.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills are essential to prioritise tasks during busy periods.
