The Kitchen is looking for a chef de partie who can work comfortably work on all main sections and who are interested to learn more each and every day.
This is a hard chef de partie role in terms of working hours, so you must be willing to commit to a 45 hour working week. The role offers a competitive salary in the UK restaurant scene and is reviewed once probation is passed and you prove yourself to be hard working, humble and committed to the kitchen.
Our ethos is that provenance is the key to great food and we continue to source only the best local ingredients, both for the kitchen and bar. We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the same ethos that we have.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in either a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub of a similar quality
- Understanding of use of fresh local ingredients
- Want to learn and progress in a top kitchen
- Live in is available
