Aavek Utilities LTD is expanding and looking for experienced Water Team Leaders and Operatives across Somerset and Dorset. We’re building reliable teams and want people who take pride in delivering quality work out on the ground.

Role Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in water or utilities (Team Leaders)
- Operatives with strong water network experience
- Must have hands‑on experience carrying out CSL
- Local to Somerset or Dorset
- Confident, organised, self‑motivated and able to work well within a team
- Reliable, flexible and committed
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Water Hygiene Card
- Street Works (NRSWA) – required for Team Leaders, beneficial for Operatives
Additional Experience / Certifications
(Higher rates available for multiple competencies)
- Cat & Genny (Cable Avoidance Tool)
- First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- Abrasive Wheel
- Excavator & Dumper (CPCS/NPORS)
Pay
£14–£20 per hour
