We are looking for staff to work within our Warehouses, located at Richmond and Stokesley within Millbry Hill. You will be fulfilling Internet orders, picking and packing stock to ship out to our Retail stores, along with general warehouse processes. Hours will be discussed at the interview, but you must be flexible to work throughout the week, with the possibility of odd weekends to suit the needs of the business.
This position will include some manual heavy lifting.
-You will be responsible for booking in stock, efficient storage and dispatch of a wide variety of products.
-You will ensure the smooth running of the warehouse, and achieve productivity targets.

-Ensure all warehouse operations are in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
-Efficient space utilization.
-Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
-Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
-Manage stock control and utilise Stock management systems.
-Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
-To operate the Warehouse operation with the Millbry Hill customer in mind - helping to improve the customer experience across the business.
-To adhere to and follow all business guidelines.
-To carry out any other reasonable duties and support across the business where required.
