We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer focused Cafe All Rounder to join our busy café team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support all areas of the café, from preparing exceptional coffee and serving customers to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous cafe/deli experience, be confident working in a fast-paced setting and enjoy providing outstanding customer service. Barista experience is essential, with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee and latte art.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality coffee, tea and specialty beverages
- Deliver friendly, efficient and professional customer service
- Welcome customers and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
- Restock ingredients, supplies and display areas
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Support colleagues across all areas of the business during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience
- Confident producing high-quality coffee and latte art
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Flexible availability, including weekends
