We are a small, independently owned and managed cafe in Alcester. We are looking for someone who is friendly, personable, passionate about food and eager to learn, to join our team. We are open from 9am to 4pm Monday - Saturday and 9am to 3pm on Sundays and serve breakfast, brunch and lunch. The ideal candidate would have some experience working in hospitality either in the kitchen or front of house and be willing to learn and progress in the kitchen. You would be provided with training, starting off in a supporting role in the kitchen, helping with preparing food, washing up, serving food to customers. This would then lead onto you taking a leading role in the kitchen as you learn and progress.
We provide lunch on shift, complimentary tea/coffee and a great working environment. Cash and card tips are also split between the whole team and are a great additional benefit!
We are hiring multiple people, so we can be flexible withe right candidate. Ideally you'd be available for a minimum of 2 full days (8:30am-5pm) a week and have weekend availability. If full-time is what you're looking for, we do have the hours available, and this would most likely include one or both weekend days.
