We are seeking compassionate, caring individuals to join our team of Care Assistants (Days) in Leighton Buzzard.

You’ll join a supportive team led by hands-on management, with full training provided.
Main Duties
- Provide dignified personal care (bathing, dressing, continence care)
- Support with medication (training provided)
- Assist with light domestic duties and maintain a safe environment
- Encourage community access and activities
- Support with moving and handling, including hoists (training provided)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
- Follow and review individual care plans
- Promote dignity, respect, and resident wellbeing
- Maintain a clean, safe, homely environment
- Work positively as part of a proactive team
Requirements
Experience is not essential—we value your attitude and compassion most.
You must:
- Share our values and enjoy supporting others
- Work well within a team
- Be eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Have strong English communication skills
- Be caring, positive, and reliable
- Complete an Enhanced DBS check (paid by us)
