Currently operating as a 100% wet-led pub and averaging around £4,000 per week in sales, The Hinkler offers a great turnaround opportunity for an experienced pub operator. By making better use of the function space and introducing daytime activity such as coffee mornings, craft sessions, children’s events or local community groups, there is clear scope to grow trade and broaden the customer base. We’re looking for a confident, community-minded operator with strong local knowledge, experience of developing wet-led pubs, and the ability to build a safe, welcoming and successful business that local people are proud to support.
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
