A Coach at Kickstart Kamps must lead and assist fun, structured, and inclusive activity sessions for children aged 5–12, ensuring every child feels safe, supported, and engaged while upholding our safeguarding, behaviour, and health‑and‑safety standards. They will help deliver a range of activities from our own range of Kickstart Games, various team games, high‑energy sports and creative activities. They must supervise groups with constant awareness, communicate professionally with parents and children, collaborate closely with the Kamp lead and the wider team. They must contribute to setting up, tidying, and maintaining a positive camp environment that reflects the values of Kickstart Kamps. They must engage with children and bring a positive energy towards the kamp.
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
