As a yard hand, you will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our yard. We are looking for an enthusiastic yard hand to work in a friendly, family run scrap yard.
you will be on a 44 hour contract. to begin with, this will be non-negotiable. The hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday and Saturday 8-12
This job role includes manual labour and lifting of heavy materials therefore applicants must be physically well and able.
Prior experience in the scrap metal industry is preferred but not essential.
A basic background check will be carried out on suitable applicants prior to job offer.
