Nail Technician Responsibilities:

- Provide professional manicure and pedicure treatments to a consistently high standard.
- Create customised nail art designs according to clients’ preferences, occasions, and current trends.
- Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable nail treatments, colours, designs, and products.
- Shape, file, buff, polish, and care for clients’ natural nails with excellent attention to detail.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards by cleaning and sanitising tools, equipment, and workstations before and after every appointment.
- Identify any visible nail or skin conditions and advise clients appropriately where treatment should not be carried out.
- Provide clear aftercare advice to help clients maintain healthy nails and prolong the quality of their treatment.
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment and ensure every client receives excellent customer service.
- Manage appointment bookings, client check-ins and check-outs, payments, and treatment records.
- Promote suitable nail services, packages, and retail products through professional recommendations and upselling.
- Assist with stock control and notify management when nail products or supplies need to be reordered.
- Support the salon’s social media accounts by photographing and showcasing nail artwork, promoting services, and helping attract new clients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the nail area and support the salon’s smooth daily operation.
Beauty Therapist Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty treatments, including body massage, facials, waxing, threading, eyebrow and eyelash extensions, eyebrow Lamination, tinting treatments, and other salon services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, skin type, preferences, and any relevant allergies or sensitivities.
- Recommend suitable treatments, aftercare advice, and beauty products based on each client’s individual requirements.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all equipment, tools, and work areas are cleaned and sanitised before and after every appointment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety, and professionalism at all times.
- Create a welcoming and relaxing environment and ensure every client receives excellent customer service.
- Manage appointment bookings, client check-ins and check-outs, payments, and accurate treatment records.
- Promote the salon’s treatments, packages, and products through appropriate recommendations and upselling.
- Assist with stock control, including monitoring product levels and informing management when supplies need to be reordered.
- Support the salon’s social media activity by showcasing treatments, promoting offers, and helping attract new clients.
- Assist with the general cleanliness, organisation, and smooth daily operation of the salon.
- Maintain client confidentiality and conduct all treatments professionally and respectfully.
Pay: From £130.00 per day
