- Assist customers with their inquiries, providing exceptional service and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Use phone etiquette to answer customer calls professionally, providing product information or directing inquiries appropriately.
- Support the sales floor by quickly retrieving items from the stockroom to meet customer needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Basic math proficiency for inventory counting and record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stockroom layout and product displays effectively.
- Demonstrated time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a busy retail environment.
