Corkage is an award winning, independent restaurant, wine bar and wine shop in the heart of Bath city centre.
We are looking for an ambitious Apprentice or Commis Chef to join our team.
We serve fresh local produce, carefully sourced and properly cooked. Our style of food is innovative small plates and grills that allow the produce to shine.
Our food ethos is simple - as local as possible, always with quality and sustainability in mind.
The right candidate will be looking to learn by working with bread making, pastry, meat on the hoof, fish on the bone and veg locally pulled up.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, but a true interest in food, passion and energy are prerequisites.
The wage will be guided by age and experience, and a share of service charge will be added once an period of training has been successfully completed.
