Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer (Nights) to join our team at Wellbeing Care Group in. In this vital role, you will support our elderly residents by providing exceptional care during night shifts, ensuring their comfort and safety while contributing to our mission of delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to elderly residents during night shifts.
- Supervise and assist junior staff members, fostering a supportive team environment.
- Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents through vigilant monitoring.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Drive company vehicles when necessary to support resident activities or appointments.
- Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in elderly or senior care within a care home setting.
- Medication Administration
- Supervising or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and follow detailed care plans.
- Strong team player with leadership qualities.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve residents' quality of life.
