Role: Production Operative
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a 15-minute paid tea break, and 30-minute unpaid lunch break, and Fridays, 8:00 am–2:00 pm with a 15-minute paid tea break.

Pay: £13:45 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and detail focused individual to join our Production team and play a key role in supporting efficient day‑to‑day operations. The role involves following processes, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the smooth and safe production of goods in line with production targets.

Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up machinery, including programming production cycles, adjusting settings, and feeding raw materials into machinery
- Carrying out routine checks to ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently
- Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or malfunctions during the working day, escalating to the Team Leader or Production Supervisor where needed
- Working consistently and accurately on the production line, with the flexibility to move between different production areas
- Attending morning huddles with the Production Manager and Team Leader to support communication and planning
General responsibilities:
- Removing and packing finished products
- Ensuring machinery clean‑down is completed in line with established procedures
- Following all health, safety and quality guidelines at all times
