Key Responsibilities: Deliver expert gel nail, lash, and facial treatments Greet clients warmly; build rapport and ensure exceptional customer service Maintain impeccable hygiene, salon standards, and timekeeping Work collaboratively with colleagues; participate in team meetings and training Uphold and grow our reputation for excellence
Requirements: Recognized beauty therapy qualifications (NVQ/CIDESCO/CIBTAC or equivalent) Proven experience in gel nails, lash extensions, and facials Outstanding people skills; passionate about client care Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic A genuine love for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning
