Duties
- Provide exceptional hair styling, barbering and colour application tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and understanding clients’ needs.
- Manage your own appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely service delivery.
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards.
- Offer mentorship or advice to clients on hair care routines and styling tips to foster loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide professional recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a salon environment operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skilled in hairdressing. Either colour, styling or cutting.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills for clear consultations and professional interactions.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities such as appointment booking and client check-in when needed.
- Enthusiastic about mentoring or sharing expertise with clients or fellow professionals.
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable managing your own schedule and business operations.

Pay: £3,000.00-£7,000.00 per month
