We are passionate about creating a learning environment for children which recognises developmental stages which we have built into our pedagogy and to enhance our growth further we are developing our KS1 as a continuous provision environment.
We are currently recruiting for an LSA to expand our team from September 2026 with our second Year 1 class and opening our first ever year 2 class, a real blank canvas to build upon and as we develop year on year.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in KS1 and KS2 are keen to share their ideas and individuals who see working with children as a reflective and ongoing discipline.
We are in our seventh year since opening, located just north of Horsham, West Sussex. From our founding Reception class who started September 2024 we will grow to become an all-through school for 1620 students aged 4-16 with a nursery facility by September 2030.
We are part of the supportive and innovative Bohunt Education Trust which has ten schools across four local authorities: Hampshire, Portsmouth, West Sussex and Wokingham; Bohunt Farnborough joined in January 2024 and Rusper Primary School in March 2025. You will benefit from being part of a multi-academy trust offering the support of experienced colleagues across our schools and greater opportunities for career progression for those with both potential and aspirations to progress.
