We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our dynamic dental team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our clinic. The Support You'll Receive
As a Practice Manager, you'll be supported by a strong infrastructure designed to help you succeed. We are a growing 2 surgery practice that invests in modern digital technology and IT systems that streamline day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on leading your team and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
You'll benefit from dedicated HR support provided by our partner company, payroll support from our experienced accountants, and our online compliance portal, DCME, provides practical tools and guidance to help you manage regulatory requirements with confidence, making compliance simpler and more efficient. We will also invest in any courses that will help support you in your role.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Have experience managing a dental practice or is an experienced Lead Dental Nurse ready to take the next step into practice management (although this is not essential).
- Be passionate about creating an outstanding experience for patients and building strong relationships with the team.
- Enjoy leading, motivating, and developing people to help them achieve their full potential.
- Be commercially aware and confident managing practice performance, including budgets, KPIs, and financial targets.
- Takes pride in delivering operational excellence by maintaining high clinical and compliance standards, ensuring the practice runs efficiently, and creating a positive environment for both patients and colleagues.

Pay negotiable depending on experience.
Hours
Part time 24.75 Hours per week to begin with, with a view to full time long term. We are also open to considering a full time opportunity for the right candidate.
