Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Advisor to join our team. Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and present suitable products or services
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through regular follow-ups and personalised service
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide comprehensive information to clients
- Manage sales pipeline efficiently using IT tools, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and accurately
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback for continuous improvement
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or customer service roles, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office suite
- Valid driving licence is preferred, as travel may be required to meet clients or attend events
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and organise workload effectively
- Experience in developing long-term client relationships through strategic engagement

Pay: £150.00-£385.90 per day
