Experienced Paving Installer / Paver – South London
TM City Landscapes is looking for an experienced and reliable Paving Installer / Hard Landscaper to join our team on a long-term basis.
We specialise in high-quality garden and driveway transformations across South London, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and can complete paving projects to a very high standard.
The role
The successful candidate will be experienced in:
- Porcelain paving – our main type of paving
- Natural stone / Indian sandstone
- Preparing and installing MOT Type 1 sub-bases
- Setting out areas accurately and establishing correct levels, gradients and falls
- Preparing suitable mortar beds and laying paving correctly
- Accurate cutting of porcelain and natural stone
- Creating clean, professional edges, corners and detailed cuts
- Professional grouting and joint finishing
- Installing steps, edging and drainage where required
- Working around ACO channels, manholes and other drainage details
- Measuring and setting out paving patterns
- Ensuring correct drainage and water run-off
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe
- Working independently and as part of a small landscaping team
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a paver / hard landscaper
- Excellent knowledge of porcelain and natural stone paving
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your finish
- Able to work from drawings/plans and set out jobs accurately
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Good problem-solving skills
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Photos of previous paving work are required

Pay: £190.00-£220.00 per day
