The Firepit Sports Bar & Grill is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of Beverley's busiest hospitality venues. This is more than just a management role – it's an opportunity to influence the future of the brand.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing management and front-line team.
- Driving sales, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Creating an exceptional guest experience, every day.
- Planning and delivering exciting sporting events, entertainment, and promotions.
- Managing labour, stock, GP, and all key financial KPIs.
- Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety, food safety, and compliance.
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing future leaders.
- Ensuring operational excellence across every aspect of the business.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or experienced Deputy General Manager in a high-volume hospitality venue.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, live sport, and creating memorable experiences.
- A commercially driven leader who understands how to grow sales and maximise profitability.
- Someone who leads from the front and motivates their team by example.
- Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
