We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our team and play a vital role in evaluating vehicle damage with precision and professionalism. As a VDA, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles, assessing repair needs, and providing accurate damage reports to facilitate efficient claims processing. Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles, documenting all visible and structural damages with precision.
- Utilize Audatex and GT Motive to assess the extent of repairs needed, ensuring accurate estimates.
- Communicate clearly with customers, insurance adjusters, and staff to explain assessments and answer questions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or repairs that benefit the customer while maintaining integrity.
- Prepare detailed damage reports, including photographs, measurements, and repair recommendations for submission to insurance companies.
- Requirements
- Proven knowledge of vehicle systems, bodywork, and repair processes.
- IMI ATA accreditation. (If your accreditation has lapsed we will provide this).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Experience with Audatex, GT motive and management systems.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple inspections daily.

Pay: £36,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
