As a Trainee Teaching Assistant you will:
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to build strong relationships with students and staff.
- Be encouraging and supportive.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs, ensuring they remain engaged and confident.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the student.
- Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential, as full support and guidance will be provided.
