Position: Production Operative
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 6:00am–2:00pm OR 2:00pm–10:00pm
The Role
You will work as part of a busy production team, helping to prepare, handle and pack products while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity.
The role involves a combination of production, packing and general gardening duties and may require you to work both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Working effectively as part of a production team.
- Working indoors and outdoors as required.
- Preparing and handling products in accordance with company procedures.
- Packing and labelling products accurately.
- Carrying out general production and gardening duties.
- Checking products for quality and reporting any issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Keeping the work area clean, tidy and organised.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Following company hygiene and operational procedures.
- Working towards and meeting daily production targets.
- Completing tasks efficiently and to the required standard.
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties requested by your supervisor.
About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable and punctual.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Happy to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and carrying out physical and repetitive tasks.

Previous experience in production, gardening, packing, warehousing or manufacturing is desirable, but full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Working Environment
This is a busy, hands-on role that involves both indoor and outdoor work.
Outdoor duties may require you to work in different weather conditions, so you should be prepared to wear suitable clothing and appropriate footwear. The role may also involve prolonged standing, repetitive tasks and general manual work.
