Actively live our store values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.
Preparing and packaging of meals on our hot food counter and also pricing meals correctly, using the store's portion control measures.
Ensure that the counter displays are to the highest standards at all times throughout the day.
Ensuring that work areas are ready to serve customers by cleaning surfaces and equipment.
Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy.
Essential Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills and to be able to work as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
Basic Food Hygiene certificate (Desirable, not essential as full training will be given).
Previous customer service experience is an advantage (Desirable, not essential as full training will be given).
