Play Planet Soft Play and Play Planet Clubhouse in Dunfermline is looking for kitchen staff to join our amazing team!
We are a busy soft play centre located in the heart of Dunfermline, where families can party, play and eat 7 days a week!
In this role you will:
- Cook a wide variety of dishes to a high standard using fryers, grills, panini press and convection oven.
- Take food to customers and clean dishes.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Date and store food in the appropriate ways and complete daily temperature checks.
- Manage stock levels within the kitchen and help to place orders.
- Help out serving customers/answering phones/stocking items during quiet kitchen times.
- Work weekends and in total 4-5 days a week 10-5pm or 11-4pm.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a Level 2 food hygiene certificate (or be willing to complete course on acceptance of role)
- Have high standards of food and personal hygiene as well as knowledge of allergens & food safety practices.
- Have experience working alone or with others in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Be efficient, hardworking, friendly and have good customer service skills.
- Be available to work weekends
