As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst Specialist Coach & Trainer to join our Learning & Delivery team and help shape the next generation of Business Analysis professionals.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Business Analyst experience who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing others.
The Role
You'll work closely with apprentices and employers to deliver engaging training, coaching and support throughout the learner journey, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment (EPA).
The role is expected to be approximately 60% coaching and learner support and 40% training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging workshops, masterclasses and training sessions
- Provide high-quality 1:1 coaching and mentoring to apprentices
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support learners to achieve timely completion and successful EPA outcomes
- Build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Ensure a positive learner experience throughout the programme
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Proven Business Analyst experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with learners and employers
- Passion for developing and supporting others
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Desirable
- Experience coaching, mentoring or training others
- Knowledge of the Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard
- BCS qualifications
- Experience within apprenticeships, learning and development, or education
