Job Title: Partnerships Manager – BPO & Workforce Development
Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid – London only)
Pay Rate: €200 – €300 per day
Job Type: 18-month consultancy engagement
We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to support UK-based stakeholder engagement and business development within the BPO and workforce development space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow UK partnerships and stakeholder relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and strategic partners
- Coordinate meetings, webinars, and engagement events
- Manage CRM pipelines and ensure consistent follow-ups
- Prepare reports and buyer-facing presentations/materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development or Partnerships
- Experience in BPO, outsourcing, workforce development, or tech services (advantageous)
- Strong communication, relationship management, and CRM skills
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Nigeria when required.
Pay: £200.00-£300.00 per day
