Key Responsibilities:

Support the Kiosk Manager with the day-to-day running of the kiosk.

Lead shifts confidently in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth operations throughout service.

Oversee food preparation and maintain high food quality and service standards.

Manage stock levels and ordering to help achieve production and waste targets.
-
Support the achievement of sales, labour, and food cost targets to drive profitability.

Motivate and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Foster a positive team culture built on teamwork, engagement, and support.

Promote a safe and healthy working environment, leading by example and reporting any issues promptly.

Assist with opening and closing procedures and provide leadership during operational hours.
