Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take orders efficiently and accurately while providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment for functions
- Manage cash handling and basic math calculations for billing purposes
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment and address any issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods and special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages is advantageous
- Strong bartending or serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
