Now we’re on the lookout for talented Sushi Chefs who can keep up with the pace and take pride in every roll they make.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Rolling, slicing, and plating delicious sushi with speed and precision
· Keeping quality consistently high—even during the busiest rushes
· Prepping ingredients (rice, fish, veg) like a pro
· Maintaining top-level cleanliness and food safety standards
· Working as part of a tight-knit, energetic team
What We’re Looking For
· Experience making sushi in a fast-paced kitchen (takeaway experience is a big plus)
· Confident knife skills and solid fish prep knowledge
· Someone who works quickly but never cuts corners
· Reliable, team-focused, and ready to get stuck in
· Flexible with shifts (evenings & weekends included)
