Warehouse Operative /Warehouse Manager job

KEFL is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our busy warehouse team in Milton Keynes.
We have positions available for 3–5 days per week, depending on your availability.
Previous warehouse experience is not required, as full training will be provided. The main thing we are looking for is someone who is reliable, willing to work and comfortable working in a busy and physically demanding warehouse environment.
KEFL specialises in gym and fitness equipment, so most of the products we handle are heavy. You must be physically capable of safely lifting, moving and handling weights and gym equipment throughout the working day.
Warehouse Operative – Main Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Making sure orders are packed correctly and ready for courier collections
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Unloading containers when new stock arrives
- Counting and checking incoming stock
- Putting stock away and organising products on warehouse racks
- Moving and handling heavy weights and gym equipment throughout the day
- Processing and organising returned products
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
- Helping with general warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Available to work 3–5 days per week

- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential
- Forklift licence/certification would be beneficial but is not essential
Hours & Pay
Warehouse Operative positions are available for 3–5 days per week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
All positions are paid hourly, and you will be paid for all hours worked.
Working hours may vary depending on workload and incoming stock deliveries, so some flexibility is required.
Full training will be provided.

We are also looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse.
For this position, previous warehouse experience is required.
The Warehouse Manager must be available to work a minimum of 5 days per week and be comfortable taking responsibility for the warehouse and team.
Warehouse Manager Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the warehouse team throughout the day
- Making sure all customer orders are picked, packed and ready before daily courier collections
- Making sure the team completes all required work on time
- Checking that orders are being picked and packed correctly
- Processing and managing customer returns
- Overseeing incoming stock deliveries and containers
- Counting and checking incoming stock
- Making sure stock is correctly organised and stored on warehouse racks
- Keeping the warehouse organised and running efficiently
- Helping with picking, packing, loading and unloading when required
- Dealing with day-to-day warehouse issues
- Taking responsibility for the daily running of the warehouse
This is a hands-on management position. The Warehouse Manager must also be physically capable of safely handling heavy weights and gym equipment and helping the warehouse team when required.
The Warehouse Manager position is full-time, minimum 5 days per week and paid hourly. You will be paid for all hours worked.
