Key Responsibilities
- Lead learning operations, programme delivery, and education service workflows
- Oversee training teams, learning schedules, resources, and service standards
- Develop strategies to improve learner engagement, programme quality, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with instructors, learners, clients, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor programme performance, learner feedback, budgets, risks, and operational reports
- Support staff development, quality assurance, and process improvement
- Prepare senior-level reports, recommendations, and service improvement plans
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in education services, learning operations, training management, student support, or programme leadership
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with learning programmes, training teams, education providers, or professional development services is an advantage

Education

Pay: £64,000.00-£94,000.00 per year
