Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity in a welcoming primary school?
We are currently recruiting for an HLTA to join a fantastic primary school in Barnet, starting immediately.
Location: Barnet
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Start: Immediate
Age Range: EYFS – KS2
The Role
As an HLTA, you will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working with children from Early Years Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2.
You will have the opportunity to work across different year groups, supporting pupils with their learning, delivering activities and helping teachers to provide a positive and engaging learning environment.
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience working as an HLTA, Teaching Assistant or in a similar school-based role
✔ Has experience working with children across primary age groups
✔ Is confident supporting learning from EYFS through to KS2
✔ Is enthusiastic, reliable and proactive
✔ Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Can build positive relationships with children and staff
✔ Is confident working independently and as part of a team
✔ Is passionate about helping children achieve their potential
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HLTA looking for a part-time role within a supportive primary school environment.
