Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team servicing the Taunton area and surrounding regions. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, including commercial, hospitality, and residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces in accordance with health and safety standards
- Restock supplies where appropriate such as toiletries and cleaning products to ensure facilities are fully equipped
- Follow health and safety procedures to minimise risks during cleaning activities
- Assist with organising supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide excellent customer service by responding courteously to client requests or concerns
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of cleaning equipment and products. Training will also be given
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the Taunton area for ease of access to multiple sites
- A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness at all times
