We're looking for a Quality Compliance Officer to help drive audit compliance and quality standards across services, working closely with the Head of Quality and service managers.
✅ Support the organisation's quality improvement strategy
✅ Monitor compliance with CQC standards and local authority contracts
✅ Conduct service audits and support improvement action plans
✅ Help develop best practice policies and procedures
✅ Support staff training linked to quality and compliance
✅ Maintain accurate compliance records and reports
✅ Help prepare for CQC inspections and quality reviews
You'll need:
Experience in a quality compliance role within health and social care
Understanding of CQC regulations and supported living frameworks
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Great communication skills across all levels
A genuine passion for person-centred care
Bonus points for:
⭐ NVQ Level 3+ in Health & Social Care
⭐ Experience turning around "Requires Improvement" audit scores
⭐ Knowledge of safeguarding, medication management and risk assessment
Salary £30,000+ depending on experience, plus genuine opportunities for growth and development.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
