We’re looking for friendly, reliable people to join our front of house team.
This is a hands-on role in a busy village pub — serving drinks, looking after guests, and helping create the kind of atmosphere people want to come back to.
The Role
You’ll be part of the day-to-day running of the pub, including:
- Serving drinks and taking food orders
- Welcoming guests and making them feel at home
- Running food to tables and supporting service
- Keeping the bar and pub clean, organised and running smoothly
- Working as part of a small team during busy services
It’s a varied role where no two shifts are quite the same. We are also looking to launch a breakfast offer so potential availability for morning shifts is advantageous
What We’re Looking For
Experience is helpful, but not essential.
What matters most is how you are with people.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, approachable and easy to talk to
- Works well under pressure when it gets busy
- Is reliable and turns up ready to get stuck in
- Has a good attitude and works well as part of a team
- Takes pride in doing things properly

Hours & Availability
We’re looking for people who can help throughout the week and key trading times.
Flexibility is important, but we’ll always try to work around availability where we can.
