Lochcarron of Scotland is a leading designer and manufacturer of tartan fabric and products based at Selkirk in the Scottish Borders.
We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Administrator to join our busy Packing & Despatch team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and is keen to be part of a supportive and dedicated team.
Main Tasks
- Prepare and process order confirmations, invoices and export documentation.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Sewn Products teams to ensure the efficient processing and delivery of kilt orders.
- Work closely with fellow Warehouse Administrators, providing support and cover when required.
- Assist with the picking and packing of orders, working efficiently to meet daily shipping requirements.
- Produce labelling and ticketing materials as required by the orders.
- Support stock control by moving stock and replenishing warehouse shelving as required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service, including advising line manager of any issues that may potentially affect quality during purchasing, stock control or production before dispatch.

This is a full-time role, 39 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday.
