We are seeking a dedicated Banking Hub Assistant to support daily operations within our banking centre. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with routine banking transactions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the hub. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their banking needs in a professional manner
- Handle basic transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account enquiries accurately
- Maintain organised records of transactions and customer interactions
- Support the team with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document processing
- Provide information about banking products and services to customers when appropriate
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards in line with company policies
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment within the banking hub
Skills
- Previous experience or interest in financial services is advantageous but not essential
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculations accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism

Will be in a temporary Banking Hub moving to permanent location when ready.
32 hours a week in temporary hub moving to 21 hours a week in permanent hub.
