General Responsibilities
A Client Manager will be essential in communication with our clients at every step of their journey with Navigate IFA and providing consistent support to the whole support and Advisory team.
This position involves engaging with a diverse range of clients and providers, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
MAIN DUTIES:
· Working with our financial planning team liaising with advisors and clients to submit new business to various platforms.
· Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the entire process.
· Input and maintain precise client records using our back-office system, Platform, and other IT tools.
· Providing research information and key facts for the advisors prior to client meetings
· Assist in preparing suitability reports, including illustrations and application documentation.
· Regularly liaising with insurance providers to submit applications from start to finish.
· Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients and inquiries via phone, whatsapp, email, and in person.
· Undertake any additional reasonable tasks as requested by Directors or Senior staff.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
The ideal candidate will meet all of the essential criteria listed below:
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the financial services industry, with a solid understanding of financial providers and product types.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as; Excel, Word, and Outlook at an intermediate level or higher.
- Outstanding customer service and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure to prioritise tasks and manage workload.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Desirable Criteria:
· Have knowledge of and experience with investments and pensions.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
